Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ & Defenders of Liberty:

I had been planning to redesign this site in order to make necessary  improvements. However, due to personal hardship, I may not even be able to keep my Internet access (there is a monthly fee). In any case, the fact is, I won't be able to devote any more time to writing reports, doing radio shows, or other forms of activism, unless/until I receive donations to support my work.

As I've stated numerous times in my reports, the massive libel/slander campaign, over a period of years, has ruined my good name. I've exposed the names of most of the perpetrators, in addition to exposing their offenses and crimes against persons, but they haven't stopped their attacks. The truth is, these perps are liars-for-hire who are being compensated (one way or another) to target certain whistleblowers and journalists, with the goal of neutralizing us, as part of a counterintelligence operation.

Unlike most of my colleagues, I have no reliable source of material support; no pension; am not 'employable' due to serious disability (corroborated by letters from several doctors); am 'not eligible' for even social security or disabilty benefits (no official employment history), and have no one among family or friends I can rely on for support.

In past times, I received donations on a regular basis, and many were generous in their gifts. But it is clear that the readers of my site now choose not to make a donation, for the simple reason that they apparently believe the libelous falsehoods, the outrageous lies which are disseminated about Barbara Hartwell, all over the World Wide Web.

Just put my name into any search engine and you will see the multifarious and ever-proliferating assaults by demonic liars. Google has allowed these liars and criminals to keep their libelous falsehoods about Barbara Hartwell at the top of the search pages, even those which are dated from years back. 


These outrageous lies have not only effectively stopped donations, they have caused me to be ostracized and shunned by many people, so that they do not want to do business with me, or have any dealings with me, just because of the lies they read after putting my name into a search engine.

But I am not the only one affected by this, as certain of my friends have been targeted, simply for being 'known associates' of mine; they too have suffered from the fallout in many ways; they have been libeled, slandered and falsely accused. Some have abandoned me as a result of all this, perhaps thinking that I am responsible for what has happened to them, though I have no control over any of it. Others who were formerly friends have chosen to traffick with my enemies, or to make excuses for, and/or coddle wrongdoers, opportunists and liars, rather than standing up for the truth, with no compromises. 

I cannot afford to file a lawsuit against my adversaries. Many use pseudonyms and/or multiple aliases. Some live outside of the country, and I personally don't have the resources to even attempt to pursue justice.

So, considering all this, until such time that I receive the material support I need to continue my work, I must suspend posting on this site, as well as appearances on radio.

I am also very much saddened that at least for the forseeable future, I will not be able to continue to offer any time or effort in supporting others, my friends and colleagues, Defenders of Liberty and Messengers of Truth.

The fact is, at present, I don't have the resources, or the time, for anything else than focusing on basic survival, which is tenuous at best. My health has been severely affected, and my disabilities have worsened as a result of the unrelenting stress and damages caused by previous long-term abusive treatment and threats, from which I am still trying to recover.

If you find this site and my work of value, and are able to make a donation, it will be greatly appreciated, and may turn the tide so that I can continue my work. No amount is too small!
